How should I store my products?
Keep tinctures and skincare products in a cool, dark place at room temperature. Refrigeration is not required. As with any medicinal product, store out of reach of children.

How do I take tinctures?
Most people take 1–3 mL (1–3 droppers) daily, directly under the tongue or mixed into drinks. Some people take divided doses throughout the day (1 mL three times daily), and many people take tinctures in one dose (3 mL once daily).
What size tinctures are available?
Single-species tinctures come in 2oz, 4oz, and 8oz bottles. Blends are available in 4oz and 8oz bottles.
Can I mix different tinctures together?
